How much do I have to pay for registration?
Registration on site is FREE!

You will have to be a paid member to search / contact other profile and view their contact information. Our fee is very minimal. Please

How long does it take to register and create a profile?
Registration and basic profile creation can be completed with in 5 - 10 minutes.

You can register your profile in small sections. Each section is saved once you click on the 'Save' button. You can always come back to finish the remaining sections. You can provide additional details, like your photograph, horoscope data, and partner profile later at your convenience. Keep in mind that the more details your provide in your profile the better responses you will get.

Can I register on behalf of a relative or a friend?
Yes, you can register your relative or a friend. In "About Me..." section you can mention about this.

Why a profile can be rejected?
In order to provide you good quality service and maintain our standards, we review each and every profile before making it available to other members.

Profiles and images found with vulgar or abusive contents are rejected immediately. All such contents will be deleted without notice.

Profiles created with lack of seriousness will be notified of our concern and given a chance to change the contents.

Another reason profile cannot be approved if descriptions in your own words (e.g. Profile Description, Family Background) contain any type of direct contact information like email id, messenger ID, website URL, phone number, contact address etc.

How confidential is my profile?
Your personal information (name, email address, contact address and password) is kept completely confidential. Members can only see your photos and information that you post in your profile.

What should I write in my profile description?
Profile description is very important part of your complete profile, what you write here will reflect your overall personality.

Is worthwhile as it is a question for life time. Consider your individual attitudes and values, sense of style and even humor in this section. Here are some suggested topics to write about:

Describe how your friends and family may describe your personality.
Your attitude towards life, work and relationships
Your goals in life
Your hobbies and interests

We also recommend you to pay equal attention to write family background in respective sections.

A profile with good description and complete details get comparatively increased number of responses.

What is partner preference?
The partner preference describes your preferences for a desired partner. Your partner profile will be displayed along with your personal profile to all members. Other members can view your partner profile and take into consideration before initiating contact with you.

No.

We do not allow to change the primary email address once the profile is registered using that email address.

How can I hide / delete my profile?
1. Once you are signed in on the website, go to
View My Profile
2. Click Hide / Delete button
3. If you are deleting your profile, you will need to select/write the reason for deletion. 
4. If you hide / delete your profile, it will be still maintained in our system but will not be visible to other members

How do I initiate a Contact?
1. Search the profile by clicking on the Quick Search / Advance Search option from the left menu under "Search" section.

2. You can also search by the "MV..." number by entering the number in the text box which is available on top left corner on the screen.

3. Click on the profile number "MV..." to open the profile.

4. Click on "Add to my choice". This profile will be displayed in your "My choice" section which can be viewed by clicking "My Choice" from left menu.

5. Once the other profile accepts your contact, you will be able to send and receive messages.

6. Similary if other members added your profile in their choice, they will be displayed under "Who chose me" section. You can click on the "Add to my choice" link provided under that profile. Once you add the profile in your choice, you will be able to send and receive messages.

Can I add my favorite profiles?

How does the messaging work?
Once the profiles are added into each other's choices, click on the profile from your "My choice" section. Click "Send message" link to send messages. All the messages will be viewed from "Messages" option from the left menu.

What should I do to add my photograph?
First select your Photos carefully. Your photos should communicate your personality. The first photo should be a headshot and the others can be more creative. Just remember to make them clear, decent, recent and in-focus!

Do not send composite/collage or indecent photos. We reserve the right to choose whether to post, edit or reject any photo.

Convert your photos to computer file format JPEG (JPEG file format is recommended for good quality) If you do not have your photos in computer file format then you need to scan your photos with the help of scanner.

Use Image editor or scanner application to convert the files into jpeg file format. Once you are ready with your photo files, you can use any of following methods to send us your photos.

Direct Upload - Login to the website - Goto "Photo" option from left menu under "My Profile" section. - Upload your main photo here. - Goto "Albums" option from left menu under "My Profile" section. - Upload your additional photos here.
Email - If you have difficulties uploading the photo, please contact us through our Contact Us screen and we will provide you with an email address to send the photo. We avoid displaying the direct email address on the website in order to avoid the spam emails in our email accounts.

Can I add more than one photo?
Yes. You can add one master photo and more additional photos. You can add family photos as additional photo. We also have a facility to provide a photo title to the additional photos if you want to describe who all are in the photo or where and when that photo was taken.

Convert your photos to computer file format JPEG (JPEG file format is recommend for reason of good quality and compact size) If you do not have your photos in computer file format then you need to scan your photos with the help of scanner.

To maintain the quality of our service and privacy of our members we restrict the profile searches for causal surfers. You have to be a registered member and your profile should be published in order to get access to other members' profiles.

What all search options are available to me?
Following search options are available to any registered member. Your profile should be published in order to get access to other members' profiles.

1. Quick Search - search based on the basic criteria like age, location etc.
2. Advance Search - extensive search based on more search criteria like appearance, education, life style etc.
3. Saved Search - You can enter the criteria on the Advance Search page and save them to search by these fields later.
